Why does my door go down then back up?
Most often the safety sensors near the floor are dirty, knocked out of line or blocked. It can also be the close force setting. We check both.
Can you repair my opener or do I need a new one?
Many openers can be repaired. If yours is old or parts are hard to get, we will tell you straight and give you the price for both.
Will a new opener fix a heavy door?
No. If the door is heavy, the springs need attention first. An opener is not built to lift an unbalanced door.
Can you program my remotes and keypad?
